Unsolved Homicide: 16-year-old Michael Tristan Kraszewski of Picadilly, N.B.

On December 18, 2019, at about 9:30 p.m., members of the Sussex RCMP responded to a 9-1-1 call at a residence on Orchard Crescent in Picadilly, N.B. When police arrived, they found a 16-year-old boy deceased inside the home. No one else was in the house.
The victim has been identified as Michael Tristan Kraszewski.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances that led to the boy’s death. On December 20, 2019, a search warrant was executed at the home on Orchard Crescent.
No charges have been filed (as of June 2024).
Anyone with information, or who may have witnessed anyone coming or going from the house on the evening of December 18, 2019, is asked to contact the RCMP Major Crime Unit at 506-433-7700.
