Off-road Property Damage
Law enforcement agencies and agriculture producers are partnering to catch the criminals who are responsible for damaging their crops and harassing their livestock. It is not uncommon for producers to report off-road and highway vehicles incurring damage to their crops and disrupting their livestock by not staying on the designated trail the producers have constructed when crossing their property.
Law enforcement will be focusing their attention on patrolling areas and investigating incidents where these criminal acts occur. All operators must be respectful of another person’s property, including not littering. It is a privilege the owner has given you to travel on their property to access the managed trails. Stay on the posted trail and, in most incidents, the outside perimeter of the field. Don’t let your behaviour result in the owner closing their property to all law-abiding operators who enjoy their sport.
