Crime Stoppers, law enforcement agencies, and the New Brunswick ATV Federation would like the public to be aware of a serious problem involving the operation of all-terrain-vehicles (ATVs) in New Brunswick.

Many areas in New Brunswick are experiencing problems with ATV operators who do not ride safely, responsibly and who do not comply with the regulations. Law enforcement agencies would like to remind the public that the safe operation of these vehicles, and the laws that regulate them in the Off-Road Vehicle Act, must be followed. The N.B. ATV Federation also wishes to remind all operators to act responsibly when riding ATVs.

If you have any information concerning the unlawful operation of an ATV and wish to remain anonymous, please contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or contact us on our web site at www.crimenb.ca. Your anonymity is guaranteed. We want your information, not your name. If your information leads to an arrest, you qualify for a cash award of up to $2,000.
